At DoubleRadius, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unopened items to us within 30 days of purchase date.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within five business days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If they are not, DoubleRadius, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price within the allowed return period. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.
Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
How to Return or Exchange a Used Item:
- Complete the RMA form on our website. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service department at 866-891-3602 x190
- Place the original package into a shipping carton. Include the invoice/receipt and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer box, preferably under the Company Name on the shipping address label.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. (Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and DoubleRadius is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)

Items Returned for Credit
If you are not pleased with any item you purchased you may return the item(s) to us within 21 days for credit. Special ordered items are not returnable. To receive full credit the item(s) MUST be returned unopened, in NEW condition (including manufacturer shrink wrap), with all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Item(s) return not in conditions listed above are subject to a minimum 25% restock fee. Additional restock fees may apply or the return request may be denied depending on condition of returned item(s).Please submit an online RMA request form prior to shipping anything back. NOTE: On special orders (items we do not stock), it is especially important to know what you want, as there will be no refunds or returns on those purchases. NOTE: Cut to length cable and Special Order items are not returnable.
Items Failed Within Manufacturer Warranty Period
If the item you purchased fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, call us and we will assist in processing the warranty claim. Each manufacturer has a different RMA procedure; we will help process your claim to expedite the process. If a replacement item is sent to you prior to the return and satisfactory inspection and evaluation by DoubleRadius or the product the manufacturer, you will be charged for the replacement. Full credit will be issued completion of the manufacturer's RMA process. Expedited shipping charges are not covered by this policy and will charged unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy.
If an item is damaged or lost during shipping contact us for instructions. All orders are covered by insurance up to the value of the order. Inspect your shipment carefully. *IMPORTANT: Even if you suspect damage, write "possible concealed damage" on the freight bill. With this statement you will be able to file a claim should you later discover damage.
Open Box / Used Return Policy
DoubleRadius, Inc. carries a limited inventory of open box/used wireless, video, and networking equipment. You can purchase used/open box items online, or by phone. Every open box/used item we carry has been inspected and tested before being put up for resale. All equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless of its cosmetic condition. Used wireless, video, and networking equipment have a 30-day parts warranty.
