For use over Twisted Pair wiring for 1 pair (SISO) or 2 pairs (MIMO) per G.hn port
- has four (4) MIMO ports and supports Reverse Power Feed (RPF) from G1001-MR devices, one per G.hn port.
- IP67-rated with extended temperature operation (-40°C to +65°C)
The G1001-CR device controls how a Residential Gateway (or User CPE) connects to the G.hn Access Network under the control of the Positron GAM. In this role, they make sure the information transmitted over the G.hn links is protected with strong AES-128 encryption.
The Positron Access Solutions GAM leverages a non-blocking CE 2.0 Carrier Ethernet Core ASIC to reliably deliver managed Gigabit services. Advantages include:
- Avoids high capital cost of a fiber retrofit
- Can use your existing coaxial wiring to deliver top gigabit solutions
- Provides Gigabit services to 2600 feet (800 meters) on RG-6 and to 1000 feet (300 meters) on RG-59

The Positron Access Solutions GAM 24C leverages the existing coaxial infrastructure to deliver high-speed gigabit performance over a distance of 2600 feet by using a non-blocking CE 2.0 Carrier Ethernet Core ASIC to reliably deliver managed Gigabit services. Advantages include:
- Provides superior bandwidth to provide optimal high-speed internet experience
- Delivers Gigabit services to 2600 feet on RG-6
- Delivers Gigabit services to 1000 feet on RG-59

The GAM-4-CRX optimizes coverage in an over the existing wiring infrastructure. The GAM-4-CR has four (4) COAX ports and supports RPF mode from G1001-CR devices, one or more (in Point-to-Multipoint mode) per G.hn port.
