Job Posting: TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina area
Job Description:
As our Technical Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies and comprehensive sales plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Information Technology related solutions and service in the Greater Charlotte market, pursuing both network and transport new sales opportunities, participating in client presentations and proposals, and closing of sale processes. Your sales solution focus will be on wireless products that can fulfill T1 replacement, WLAN, VoIP/SIP, IP, video surveillance and managed IT services. The minimum qualifications include 3-5 years experience in a new sales role; 5 years experience in a solution based selling role; 5 years outside territory management skills; 3-5 years data networking, wide area networking, telephony, VoIP experience, knowledge of T1, SIP, Frame Relay, DS3, DSL, PSTN, Centrex, experience with Key, PBX or VoIP systems. Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills is a must.

Job Posting: WIRELESS INSIDE SALES AGENT
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina area
As our Inside Sales Agent, you would be responsible for offering and selling comprehensive wireless solutions to a targeted and Regional customer base. You will represent the company’s direct sales operation addressing high volume outbound telesales opportunities. You will sell comprehensive and customized wireless solutions to targeted, regional customers using telesales and online sales strategies. You will become a wireless solutions expert combining innovative voice, messaging and data solutions into a complete wireless solution and effectively identifying appropriate wireless solutions for a diverse customer base; providing subject matter expertise to address customer’s wireless needs. You must provide direct verbal communication, detailed and honest recommendations and unparalleled customer service to support. Be willing to commit to following and enhancing existing Company sales policies to achieve and exceed sales goals, customer satisfaction objectives and overall sales performance.

- Dedication to consultative sales and achieving/exceeding company sales objectives
- Assessable achievement in learning, retaining and executing technology-based

Requirements:

While direct experience in the above areas is essential, a keen attitude, flexibility, professional communication skills and a real desire to work in the wireless business are also key factors. Knowledge of Motorola, Symbol, Tranzeo, Deliberant and Cisco is a plus.
