Powercode Software Assurance
Powercode Software Assurance (PSA) gives customers full access to all future software features, upgrades, and updates at no additional charge for software modules they have purchased. PSA fees are based on the number of subscribers multiplied by $0.20/subscriber per month. PSA has a 1 year minimum commitment which can be prepaid or paid monthly.
Existing Powercode customers that do not have a PSA contract can either pay 2/3rds of the current list price for new software licenses, or pay all past due PSA fees and prepay for the upcoming year.
*PSA and other products and services are subject to product end of life and new software version constraints possibly requiring customers to upgrade either software or hardware.

Powercode Technical Support Services
Powercode’s Technical Support Service (TSS) is built on a foundation of technical expertise and our driving passion for customer satisfaction. TSS gives customers full access to Powercode’s online knowledge base and technical support staff. Our knowledge base contains the case notes for technical problem resolutions from previously solved cases and is often the fastest way for customers to get answers to their questions. TSS fees are based on the number of subscribers multiplied by $0.20/subscriber per month. This service only relates to Powercode and ImageStream Bandwidth Management Unit (BMU) software questions, and is not for general network design and support issues. BMU hardware questions are supported by ImageStream with no additional fees during the first year. TSS is provided during normal business hours 9am-5pm Mountain Time.
