We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Inside Sales Rep. will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidates must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Team up with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
Proven inside sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM.

As our Technical Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies and comprehensive sales plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Information Technology related solutions and service in the Greater Charlotte market, pursuing both network and transport new sales opportunities, participating in client presentations and proposals, and closing of sale processes. Your sales solution focus will be on wireless products that can fulfill T1 replacement, WLAN, VoIP/SIP, IP, video surveillance and managed IT services. The minimum qualifications include 3-5 years experience in a new sales role; 5 years experience in a solution based selling role; 5 years outside territory management skills; 3-5 years data networking, wide area networking, telephony, VoIP experience, knowledge of T1, SIP, Frame Relay, DS3, DSL, PSTN, Centrex, experience with Key, PBX or VoIP systems. Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills is a must.
